About me

Payment can be made by credit card using the secure 'Paypal' system. Once we have agreed a suitable time for the counselling session to begin (or if you wish to purchase an email course), I will send you an emailed request for payment with details how to pay on line by credit card. UK clients and clients coming for face to face counselling can also pay by cheque.

Qualifications

Terms and condtions: Clients must be over 18 years old to apply for counselling. Cancellation Policy Refunds will be made in full, or an alternative appointment arranged, providing at least  24 hours notice if given. No refunds will be made after this time. Refunds are not available for email counselling. Technical Problems There may be times outside my control when for technical reasons the internet service is unavailable. In such cases I will either make  a refund or arrange a new appointment. However, no further liability can be accepted for such unavoidable technical breaks in service. Suitability for counselling Please note the services offered at this site are not suitable for persons with suicidal feelings or for anyone with a psychotic condition.
